Chili Garlic Noodles

These noodles are the quickest and easiest noodles that you can create on the go. It is so good I promise you and you can prepare it in less than 10 minutes. I created this dish because I needed something tasty and delicious to eat quickly. It satisfies all of those salty spicy and umami flavors that you want.

Ingredients

  • 1 serving wheat noodle

  • 3 tbsp cilantro

  • 1 tbsp soy sauce

  • 1 tsp rice vinegar

OIL INGREDIENTS:

  • 4-5 tbsp neutral oil

  • 2 tbsp chili flake

  • 4 minced garlic

  • 1 tbsp ginger

  • 1 tsp sugar

  • 1 tsp chicken base or salt

 

Instructions

Prep your hot oil sauce. Cook your noodles.

Add hot oil to ingredients in heat proof bowl. Add cooked noodle to oil. Drizzle in soy sauce and vinegar.

 Top with cilantro and scallion. Plate, serve. Enjoy!
