Savory Brie Prosciutto and Cranberry Crostini

These Crostini’s are amazing. If you love a salty and sweet combo pairing this recipe is the snack/appetizer you have been searching for. I love how the neutral brie is the perfect canvas to highlight the salty prosciutto and tart sweetness from the cranberry and honey.

I was inspired to create this recipe by trying it for the first time at a restaurant. I knew I had to make it again. I give mine a little bit of a twist with fresh cracked black pepper, Korean chives, and an extra crunch with toasted sunflower seeds. It is a must for me.

Once you have one, you will be going back for seconds. I always eat at least 8 of these. It is hard to control when it is so good. The textures are amazing as well. You get a crispy bite from the toasted sourdough and a nice chew at the same time from the salty prosciutto and sweet and tart cranberries.

My secret to an amazing toast is a cast iron skillet and fresh garlic grated right onto the bread.

I really enjoy eating these with a nice glass of wine or straight up as I am making them. They are so amazing and tasty. Give it a try!
