Crispy Shrimp Ball
This dish was inspired by those tasty and delicious shrimp/crab balls that you can get at dim sum. I could not find a good recipe anywhere, so I decided to create my own. Sure enough, this dish is so easy to make but taste even better once done. It’s so simple yet delicious!
Ingredients
(Makes about 10 balls)
14 large shrimp
2 garlic cloves
4 sheet egg roll wrapper
SEASONING INGREDIENTS:
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp oyster sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp cornstarch
Instructions
Prepare your balls by mincing the garlic cloves and shrimp with a knife or food processor.
Cut egg roll wrappers into strips.
Combine seasoning ingredients with shrimp and garlic. Form into balls and cover in egg roll strips.
Fry until a crispy golden brown. Serve with sweet chili sauce and Enjoy!
