I absolutely love lobster tails and I wanted to come up with a unique recipe that was restaurant quality at home. What inspired me for this recipe was trying house special lobster at the local family style Asian restaurants that make fresh house special lobster absolutely amazing.

For me personally, I really enjoy eating lobster tails because you get to enjoy the sweet meat of the lobster without all the fuss of trying to get around the shell.

My secret to this dish is to add my own garlic oil sauce which you can find here. I promise if you give this recipe a try you will be thanking yourself and probably make it more than once.
