Mango sticky rice is a simple yet delicious dessert that is jam packed with tropical flavors that are so refreshing. It feels like I’m on vacation whenever I eat this desert because the mango is so ripe and delicious and the coconut milk just highlights and enhances the texture of the sweet sticky rice.

  • 1 ripe mango

  • 2 cup glutinous sticky rice

  • 1 can coconut cream

  • 1 palm sugar
