I love one skillet meals and this meal is the perfect quick and easy recipe for you if you are craving a sweet and tangy chicken recipe. I got inspired because I was craving orange chicken. However, I only had chicken thighs. So, I thought, why not make something with the chicken thighs. It turned out amazing.
I love this recipe because it is quick, simple, and easy. But, taste like you spent a lot of time creating the dish. When I cook, I tend to focus on simplicity but retaining integrity of the spices, sauces, and elements that I incorporate into the dish.
For this dish, I focused on the citrus elements to bring a nice tangy bite to the chicken, especially when paired with a hot bowl of jasmine rice, it just balances it out. I hope you enjoy!
