Kaffir Lime Leaves

Ingredients
2 lemongrass stalk
10 lime leaves
3 slices galangal
3 slices ginger
3 slices of turmeric
6 clove garlic
Instructions
Chop up all of your aromatic herbs and blend, that's it!
When making kreung I like to use a food processor. Beware the turmeric will stain your appliances.
The traditional way is to make it in a mortar however, I find this takes too long.
