Mango Habanero Wings

This recipe is for mango and spice lovers. I was heavily inspired by my recent trip to Maui. There, I saw so many wild mango trees. Many of the mangos just dropped to the ground and were rolling around. In addition, I got to try mango in several ways on the island. It was all so delicious.

I had to share my recipe for mango habanero wings because 1) mango is my favorite fruit 2) I love spice 3) it is such a bomb combo. The key to a good mango habanero sauce is using ripe mango and fresh habanero. The rest is seasoning you adjust to your liking and flavor profile.

My secret to this dish is to add some rice vinegar for a slight tang. In addition, I add my own garlic oil sauce which you can find here. I promise if you give this recipe a try you will probably enjoy it more than wingstop or buffalo wild wings. It is just as good perhaps even better.
